My university life is better than expected, It is universally acknowledged that when a freshman walk into a big, fascinating but complicated campus, what impresses him most will be the atmosphere of freedom and the “abuse”, which will teach you a lesson before you really adapt to the life of university.
After years of frustration with heavy homework and education which mostly gives us skill of exam more than knowledge itself, I sat down and imagined how my college life would be this summer vacation. In my opinion, compared with universities in HK, universities here is less active, full of awkward political education, and provide too much leisure time in which laziness is born. In a word, it will be boring, if it fits my idea.
However, life tends to be more and more different from expected, as I feel myself absorbed into the campus little by little. Every day when I pass by the door of dormitory I notice tens of posts that contains information of activities of miscellaneous groups or interesting lectures which widen our horizon, just like the lively and colorful world below the calm surface of the Pacific Ocean.
When it comes to my major, mathematics, I am very willing to devote much time to having lessons, doing proper homework, going to libraries to check more details other than textbooks or debating problems through MSN with other friends who share the same interest.

Studying at university is my dream. I struggle for this goal for many years. In September this year, I become a student of South China Normal University, and my dream has come true. I am satisfied with my college life, but there are always some gap between ideal and reality.
When I studied hard for the college entrance examination, many people around me encouraged me by describing the university life which will be Leisurely and No pressure. They always said that you would be liberated after the college entrance examination!!! In my imagination, I will have enough free time to do what I am interested in in my university.
However, ideal is always different from the reality. Everyday, I am busy with the Maths homework which DRIVE me crazy instead of listening music Under the avenue at dusk. And My life is filled with corporation conferences, so I can’t have a quiet afternoon to enjoy a book.
In addition to these, I always dont have enough sleep, which makes me feel tired and Irritable. The real university life is busy and Stressed, which is different from my imagination.
At the same time, the real university life is as wonderful as my ideal. My university provide us many chances to show ourselves. For example, I can join the club to make many friends. And I can Broaden the horizon by taking part in a lot of Academic competition.
Although there are some gap between ideal and reality, I will cherish my university life And make good use of my time in the university.

Every coin has two sides. On the one hand, I am quite satisfied with my university life. On the other hand, life in my university is not as satisfactory as what we had expected.
Here is the bright side of my university life: Firstly, Equipment of my university is advanced and teacher team is powerful. There is an advanced library that owns all kinds of books. So we can acquire a lot of knowledge from my university. Secondly, all sorts of lectures are given on campus. We can learn much knowledge that is interesting. Thirdly, my
campus activities are rich and colorful. Such as sports meets, speech contests, different social gatherings and dancing parties provide opportunities to make friends. What’s more, my dormitory life is very harmonious. Dormitory life is an important part of my university life. On the one hand, we can have a good rest and put our heart into study. This is the dark side of my university life: Firstly, there is only one dining room in my university. So we often need to wait in a long line, which waste much time. In my understanding, if we refer to an ideal college life as a formal western dinner, then a high GPA, that is, Grade Point Average, should be the main course, while an active part in
activities, together with associations, means the appetizer. Some romances, of course, play the role as desserts. They are the 3 key elements for an ideal college life.
Those, however, are not what college life is all about. As we all know, college is wildly different from middle school. It connects not only adolescence to adulthood, but also the ivory tower to the real society. Therefore, the ideal college life is that I become matured both physically and mentally, and that I obtain qualified academic knowledge and get well prepared for society at the same time.
Under this circumstance, I never expect my college life to be too ideal, or you can call it too perfect. It is not realistic to make all things on my own way, with everyone liking me, winning the first prize all the time, and so on. Of course, I’d like to lead a carefree life. However, this does little good to my future. What really helps is hardships like failure, betrayal, and unjust treatment. Only after experiencing those can I know what society is like, and what life is like.
To conclude my speech, I wanna say, some positive experiences are surely part of the ideal college life. But, I should not forget about the negative sides. They are not less necessary.

As we know, many people favor the idea that the college life is free and comfortable, but Id like to say its not true. As a matter of fact, my life in university is so busy that I wonder if my energy is enough. As to my college life, I divide it into four parts, including study, student activities, library and the others.
Firstly, I want to talk about the study. In my opinion, study is the priority in college. When I received the letter of admission in summer, I knew clearly that what I should do. So I make up my mind to study hard and pursue learning as much as possible. I m greatly convinced that knowledge can change my life. Therefore, I often go to the quiet study room where many people study there. By working so hard, I get good grades in the exams.
Secondly, student activities play an important role in our college life. To be honest, the student Union is a good place where one can develop social skills, get his abilities trained. I take part in many student activities. For example, I m a volunteer, teaching the kids to learn to dance and write. I think it s meaningful for everyone to give a hand to others. I can also do some jobs in the Student Union, including receiving and sending fast mail, selling papers and magazines. I think they re unforgettable and worthwhile experiences for me.
Nowadays, with the development of technology, many young people stay indoors and play computer all the time. Especially for those who stay up very late or go out to play for fun until midnight, then they wake up at noon the next day. This is the unhealthy lifestyle, and they need to make some changes.
First, having regular break time and enough sleep is the basic way to keep healthy. Some young people hang out for fun after work. They need to release their pressure and have fun with their friends. They go home very late and then next day get up, preparing to work. In the long run, hey not only have low efficiency, but also damage their bodies.
Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the growth of their bodies.
The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.
I like stay late at night and stay in bed late next morning Usually I won t go to the bed before one oclock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over. So sometimes I can t catch with my tea because I can t focus my mind. And I don t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat. I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my life style is unhealthy. I need to change it. I cant sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my life style, I can make my life more wonderful.

第二, 保持均衡飲食。大多數(shù)人都對(duì)食物挑剔, 他們只吃喜歡的東西, 營(yíng)養(yǎng)不均衡。對(duì)于大多數(shù)孩子來(lái)說(shuō), 他們喜歡吃肉類和蔬菜, 不喜歡吃水果。這是不利于他們長(zhǎng)身體。
健康的生活方式能讓人們生活和諧。除了擁有足夠的睡眠和保持均衡飲食, 鍛煉也是很有必要的。

四年前的夏天，外面蟬聲不絕于耳，我在家里暢想大學(xué)生活會(huì)是怎樣一番景象。轉(zhuǎn)眼四年過(guò)去了，外面蟬聲依舊不絕于耳，仿佛就是四年前那些一樣。四年的大學(xué)生活讓我逐漸成長(zhǎng)、成熟起來(lái)，讓我許多事情都有了更深刻的認(rèn)識(shí)。
在大學(xué)，不會(huì)再有老師苦口婆心的教誨和防腐不知疲倦的講解了;不會(huì)有每天做不完的習(xí)題和試卷了;也不會(huì)天天為了分?jǐn)?shù)、名次而焦急、苦惱……在體驗(yàn)大學(xué)生活的這一個(gè)月中，有這樣一件事讓我印象比較深刻：在大學(xué)的第一堂課上，有兩個(gè)女生遲到了幾分鐘，按照以前的習(xí)慣打報(bào)告進(jìn)教室。但后來(lái)老師說(shuō)：“在大學(xué)中，如果你上課遲到或者有事想要早退的話，你不用打報(bào)告，只需悄悄地從后門(mén)出入，不要影響大家就好……”在這以后，我也遇到過(guò)其他在高中甚至想都不敢想的事情。比如可以隨時(shí)出入宿舍和校門(mén)，因需要完成某事要逃課等。
所以，我總結(jié)出：大學(xué)，是一個(gè)完全靠自覺(jué)的過(guò)程。如果高中的我們還是一只雛鳥(niǎo)，那么大學(xué)的我們可以說(shuō)已經(jīng)長(zhǎng)大，遠(yuǎn)離了父母的庇護(hù)，遠(yuǎn)離了老師的督促，剩下的只有自己做自己的主人。
所以，現(xiàn)在的我們要自己管好自己，自己規(guī)劃自己美好的大學(xué)生活，并自己保證今后能夠笑著談起自己的大學(xué)生活。
大學(xué)的第二個(gè)特點(diǎn)就是有更多的時(shí)間和空間了，大學(xué)中絕不會(huì)有從早上5點(diǎn)出宿舍上課直到晚上10點(diǎn)才回去休息的情況;也不會(huì)因?yàn)橄矚g看《紅樓夢(mèng)》但怕被老師發(fā)現(xiàn)而東躲西藏的事情，更重要的是，在大學(xué)里有各種各樣的活動(dòng)等著你去參加和體驗(yàn)，而這些在高中都被視為純屬浪費(fèi)時(shí)間的事情。其實(shí)，從這些事情中我們也能學(xué)到許多知識(shí)——課本里并沒(méi)有的知識(shí)，學(xué)到許多經(jīng)驗(yàn)或是教訓(xùn)，學(xué)到大學(xué)的豐富多彩……
所以，我認(rèn)為，比知識(shí)更重要的`是能力，而能力地培養(yǎng)需要一個(gè)過(guò)程，大學(xué)則是這樣一個(gè)很好的過(guò)程。
所以，我們需要抓住每一個(gè)機(jī)會(huì)，更好地鍛煉自己、提高自己，在豐富自己大學(xué)生活的同時(shí)，為自己多贏得幾筆生活的財(cái)富!

how time flies! one month has passed before i could take any notice of it. this is the start of my freshman year in fudan university. at the very beginning, everything and everyone is strange to me. but now, everyday and in everyway, i am getting better;i am getting used to it.

After lunch, I have a nap till two in the afternoon.I have three classes in the afternoon.I often go to the library after class to look for what I want---information,books,magazines and so on.After supper, I go to my classroom for evening self study.I go back to my bedroom at 10. I go to bed at 11.This is my college life. How happy I am!

清晨，溫和的陽(yáng)光把我們叫醒；云端，樂(lè)曲盈盈。通過(guò)明亮的窗戶，一排排年輕的學(xué)生，伏在書(shū)桌上靜靜的。時(shí)間，飛快似的督促我們求知。
心情順暢愉悅，通過(guò)明亮的窗戶，抑或看到他們嬉鬧，每個(gè)人充實(shí)的過(guò)完一天；傍晚，和煦微涼的晚風(fēng)輕拂過(guò)；星空，閃閃星光，通過(guò)明亮的窗戶，仍舊有勤奮的學(xué)者，忘我地遨游在知識(shí)的海洋；老師，辛勤的園丁，三尺講臺(tái)上，他們盡職盡責(zé)，教書(shū)育人。
這就是我心中想象過(guò)的大學(xué)校園，寧?kù)o，和諧，充滿著渴求知識(shí)、你追我趕的緊張氣氛，又不乏輕松愉快的氛圍。一切都是那么純潔，那么美好，沒(méi)有世俗的'污穢，更沒(méi)有社會(huì)上的爾虞我詐！在這里，同學(xué)之間會(huì)相互關(guān)心，相互幫助，共同進(jìn)步；老師盡心盡力的教授給你知識(shí)，幫你指點(diǎn)迷津，尊重你的思考方式，給你充足的空間，讓你去施展自己的才能，老師會(huì)跟你一起品味生活的酸甜苦辣，沒(méi)有任何私欲，將一切都奉獻(xiàn)給最熱愛(ài)的教育事業(yè)，奉獻(xiàn)給他最熱愛(ài)的學(xué)生。
在這里，我們有自己的個(gè)性，培養(yǎng)獨(dú)立精神，增強(qiáng)集體意識(shí)，提高與他人合作的能力，更重要的是我們會(huì)學(xué)到很多知識(shí)，這些知識(shí)并非僅僅服務(wù)于畢業(yè)之后的求職和工作，更重要的是我們要學(xué)會(huì)“生活”，學(xué)會(huì)為人處事的方法，學(xué)會(huì)在社會(huì)上立足！我心目中的大學(xué)是最純潔、最美好的地方，是千千萬(wàn)萬(wàn)莘莘學(xué)子夢(mèng)寐以求的地方，在這里我們會(huì)放飛理想，走向成功！
